The staff was very attentive and competent, kept everything clean and perfect. My breakfast was reasonably good and delicious with many options for everyone, many delicious plates plus salads.

We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with many delicious plates. An electronic key card, flat-screen TV, and a study table in our oasis double room were useful during stay.

The hotel was in the very central setting between palms. Moreover, it's short walk to the excellent Els Capellans restaurant, the palace and a city centre.

Stylish and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is perfect. The positives include marvellous and fab location and parking on-site.

Quaint hotel with an impeccable service and efficient staff. Reasonably large and cheap room with separate bathroom and central heating, flat-screen television and a safe. Great and stunning location, really special area, so close to the Zen garden, the airport, and an interesting museum. And also minutes away from an arts theater.

Our experience was really nice from the moment we checked in, would stay here again. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfactory with many delicious plates and all the meat, for example, couldn't have asked for more. Besides, the location was marvellous and fab for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Palacio de Altamira.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were very rude.

The location was stunning and incredible - just off the wonderful elche, shops/super market and beautiful gardens in the center of Elche. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory, had lots of options and the food was brilliant. The staff were helpful and attentive and provided help.
